About this course

You will be taught the basics of vinyasa yoga (linking breath with movement) in our heated space. This 4 week series will prepare you to safely attend any of our class offerings with confidence. You will learn to connect with your mind, body and spirit while moving through postures utilizing correct alignment and breath control. This series is perfect for those that have wanted to start a yoga classes but may have been intimidated by our "regular" classes .
