About this class

Join Mary for a 6 weeks series where you will explore and practice principal meditation techniques including witnessing, self inquiry, mantra, visualization, prayer and yoga nidra. You will practice several breath techniques to settle your nervous system and calm your mind and learn methods for integrating meditation into your daily life. Each session will include an introduction, breath work, gentle yoga postures and meditation.
